This study examines the mechanisms underlying visual dysmorphia that occurs in body dysmorphic disorder. In this study, we will ask you to complete several behavioral tests that measure visual acuity as well as participate in a visual detection task while in an MRI scanner. The study also involves a diagnostic interview and self-report questionnaires with the option to complete these study components remotely. This study requires one visit at the University of Washington (UW) between Monday through Friday from 9am-7pm that will last approximately 2-3 hours. You will be compensated $60-$100 for completing this study.
